Can Anyone Beat the Yankees?

C.C. Sabathia of the New York Yankees has been nothing short of spectacular. Many had qualms that the 6'7'' 290 pounder could not live up to his 7 year, $161 contract, but his performance and happy demeanor have brought not only talent, but life to the team. C.C. and his new teammate, A.J. Burnett, were two of the biggest pitchers to be signed this offseason. A.J., known for pieing teammates in the face after every Yankee walk-off, has brought a new gregarious style that the Yankees have been lacking for the past several seasons. The Yankees have been the most eminent team of any sports, winning an unprecidented twenty-six championships. They are always known to have omnipotent General Managers who have hundreds and hundreds of millions to sign any player to make the team a contender. This is why the team is so good every year. This legendary team comes with a lot of pressure, to make it and be the favorites to win the World Series every year. It seems, atleast so far, that they will do so this year.
